With respect to confidentiality, this page provides a high-level view of my UX work and contributions to the product. I’d be happy to discuss my work in greater detail.
The design team initially brought me on as a UX Visual designer to work closely with and support the UX Information Architect. The U.S.-based design team was comprised of 3 UX designers, an A11y specialist, and Producer. We worked closely with Product Owners in the U.K. and Developers in India.
Bulk Actions
I partnered closely with the Tasks Product Owner to address adding the 3 most important bulk actions in scope: assigning users, status updates, and deleting.
I worked with an A11y specialist to provide wireframes, annotations, and UI component designs for development.
Reordering
Lists items, sub-lists, tasks, and sub-tasks…users could potentially have hundreds. We introduced a toggle for users to turn on, enabling a drag-and-drop function and eliminating accidental moves.
I was the sole UX Designer partnering with the Desktop/Mobile App Product Owner to deliver the HighQ - Teams Integration.
I did a deep dive into the Microsoft Fluent Design System to deliver annotated wireframes and successfully release the app on schedule. I had ongoing discussions with the TR Branding department during the creation and approval process of app icons that needed to meet both Teams requirements and TR design standards.
